Riches, honour and life… That is the tenth blessing that comes into our lives, due to the fear of the God.
In today’s word, we can see that humility is adding to the fear of the God. A man with no humility contradicts everyone, disputes, says spiteful things, which is also a sign of God’s fearing lack.
When humility and God’s fearing unite in our lives, then we get the reward of that – riches, honour and life. You start immediately thinking: what else does a man need to be happy? Riches, honour and life – this is all the whole world strives for.
You can meet people who are rich, but do not have honour, others have the honour, but they have no wealth and still the third ones have both wealth and honour, but no life. However, we can meet people who have riches, honour and life, moreover – the eternal life. What is the secret?
The Word of God says that all of this the reward for the fear of the God. Hence, let us humble ourselves and be filled with the fear of the God.
The Lord wants to lead us into rich, honour and life, therefore do not criticize anyone, do not dispute, give no place arrogance in your life. Do not think that the devil will come with horns and tail, but he will come in the likeness of angel of light and set your friends against in order to involve you into criticism, condemnation and rebellion. He wants to steal the humility and the fear of the Lord from you, to have us lose all the goods that God has prepared for those who fear Him.
Beloved, do not succumb to the tricks of the devil, do not give him any place in you life.
